Lunas turns your income, bills and savings plan into one number — what you can safely spend today — and everything below is in service of that number staying honest. A couple of minutes to set up, three taps per expense, one look back at each payday.
Your money, move by move
Tap a move for its steps. Print the lot for the fridge, if paper is how habits stick.

Now and then
Starting out with Lunas
Open Lunas and pick your language — English, Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia.
Tap “Get started” and answer in plain words: what you earn, the bills you're committed to, and what you want to put aside. It takes a couple of minutes, and all of it can be changed later.
Today then shows one number: what you can safely spend today, after the bills and the savings are already spoken for.
Sign in — Google, Apple, or a link emailed to you — to keep the same plan on your phone and your laptop. Your figures live on your device first, and Lunas never asks for a bank login.
Want a look around first? “I'll do this later” opens Ben's worked example instead; leave it any time from Me → “Back to my budget”.

Every day
Record what you spend
Tap the + in the middle of the tab bar.
Enter the amount — tap anywhere on the amount box to type — and say what it was.
Done. Today's number comes down by exactly that much, so the number stays honest.
Read today's number
Open Today. The big number is what you can spend today without touching rent, bills or the savings you planned.
It falls as you record spending, and it carries your restraint forward — a light day today shows up in the days after.
The note under it explains exactly how it's worked out, from your own plan. No mystery arithmetic.
Add money that came in
Tap the + and switch to “Add income”.
Enter what arrived and where it landed.
Extra money outside your salary — a refund, a side job — lifts the plan from today, not from some imaginary first of the month.
Payday and the plan
Start the new cycle
When your new pay cycle begins, Today offers the review — last cycle told back as a short report: what came in, what went where, how the plan held.
Read it once. It is your own month in plain words, and it is the honest starting point for the next one.
Adjust anything that changed — a new bill, a raise, a savings target — and the new cycle starts clean.
Change the plan
Open the Plan tab: your income, your commitments, your savings, all editable.
Change what changed — rent went up, a subscription ended, the savings target moved.
Today's number follows immediately. A plan you keep honest is one you'll keep, full stop.
Record paying a debt down
Tap the + and choose the repayment — Lunas knows which debts you've told it about.
Enter what you paid; it's recorded against what you owe, and Worth updates to match.
Now and then
See where it goes
Open Insights: the cycle by category, side by side with the cycles before it.
The point is recognition — “so that's where it goes” — which no bank statement ever quite gives you.
Know what you're worth
Open the Worth tab: what's in your accounts and what you owe, in one place.
It moves when you record — repay a debt and watch the line move the right way.
Take your records to a professional
Open Me → “Reports and exports”.
Pick CSV or Excel — the file goes out through your phone's own share sheet, to whoever you choose.
It's your data: everything you've recorded, in a form an accountant, an agent or a spreadsheet can read.
Turn on reminders
Open Me and switch on notifications.
Lunas nudges you to record — that's all the notification does, and it's the only kind it sends.
Move to a new phone
Install Lunas on the new phone and sign in with the same account.
Your plan and your history arrive with it — that's what the account is for.
On the old phone, sign out from Me. Signing out ends the session; removing the device's copy is its own explicit step, so you can't lose data by accident.
The three habits that make it work
Record it when it happens. Three taps in the queue beats reconstruction at midnight. Everything else in Lunas is only as honest as this habit.
Trust the number, not your memory. Today’s figure already accounts for the rent, the bills and the savings — that is the whole point of it.
Change the plan instead of ignoring it. When life changes, the Plan tab takes thirty seconds. A plan that matches reality is one you’ll keep.
